RE: Important Class Action Notice Regarding Settlement Agreement

Dear Students, Parents, and Legal Guardians:

Grass Range Public Schools is providing the attached Class Action Notice and Settlement Agreement as required following authorization by a Montana Court.

The Court has authorized distribution of these materials to students and their parents or legal guardians to provide information regarding a settlement agreement reached between the Montana Office of Public Instruction and the ACLU of Montana to resolve class action litigation.

Please review the attached Class Action Notice and Settlement Agreement carefully. The Class Action Notice contains important information regarding the litigation, the terms of the settlement, and any rights or options available to class members. The complete Settlement Agreement is also attached for your review.

If you have questions regarding the Class Action Notice, Settlement Agreement, or your rights under the settlement, please use the contact information provided in the attached Class Action Notice.
